Mukachevo Eparchy priest mobilized for military service prepares to become chaplain

The administration of the Greek Catholic Eparchy of Mukachevo issued an official statement today in response to media reports regarding the mobilization of its priest, Fr. Andrii Stebivka. He was detained by Ukrainian military recruitment officers on October 12 of this year in the Rivne region. The eparchy is urging the media to refrain from spreading inaccurate information.
