Pope Leo is returning to Assisi, a month after the Vatican’s ‘Note’ on interreligious dialogue

The 2026 meeting in Assisi on Oct. 25-27 will be attended by Pope Leo on Oct. 27, with the theme "Disarmed and Disarming Peace," which the pontiff used during his inaugural address from the central loggia of St. Peter's Basilica on May 8, 2025.
