Rubio must press India on bill that could let state seize church property

India’s proposed FCRA amendments would let the government revoke a charity’s license over vague concerns about “social or religious harmony” and then take control of its assets. With Secretary Rubio in India this week, the U.S. has a chance to urge New Delhi to drop the bill.
